What will your tasks be ?
As a volunteer, you will play a key role in the success of the event. Depending on the needs, your responsibilities will include :
- Welcome and guidance : directing spectators, managing entrances and parking.
- Logistics and setup : assembling the circuit, setting up signage, and managing supplies.
- Operations and accreditation center : welcoming participants and managing schedules.
- Competition areas : overseeing the sports spaces, ensuring safety, and assisting the teams.
- VIP hospitality : welcoming partners and officials, coordinating reserved areas.
- Environnement et inclusion : sensibiliser au tri sélectif et accueillir les personnes à mobilité réduite.
Each role is important and contributes to the success of the event.
How to become a volunteer at the 2025 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships ?
Applications are now open. Ready to take on the challenge ? Here are the steps to join the adventure :
- Check the requirements (over 18 years old, available for 3 days, etc.).
- Once your application is accepted, you will receive all the practical information (tasks, schedule, kit).
In return, the Organizing Committee will provide volunteers with meals on mission days and clothing kits.
