Accreditation opening
Please be informed that media accreditation registration for the 2025 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships in Liévin (FRA), taking place 31 January – 2 February, , is now open on the UCI accreditation platform.
Media accreditation registration for this event will close on 22 January 2025.
Update of existing profile : It will be mandatory for all existing and new users on the UCI accreditation platform to upload a signed assignment letter from the media they will be working for at this event. Existing users must update their profiles with this document.
- Press card valid for 2025 (national, international, AIPS or AIJC)
- Assignment letter from media client, signed by editor or equivalent. Telephone number and email address to editor or equivalent must be provided.
- Personal and media details: All information on the UCI accreditation platform must be submitted. In addition to the signed media assignment letter, freelance reporters/photographers must provide name and contact details to their media client(s) in the required fields on the online platform. Only freelance/media agencies with media clients will be assessed for accreditation.
Media accreditation for all UCI World Championships is intended for media working for legitimate and established media outlets. Gaining media accreditation is subject to assessment and approval by the UCI, who reserves the right to approve or deny any accreditation demands.
You will have to read and accept the full UCI media accreditation policy upon registration, so please consult the rules and information regarding the media rights carefully.
Please take note that only complete applications, containing above information and documentation, will be taken into consideration. Incomplete or untrue data as well as failure to provide the requested documents will cause automatic refusal of the requested accreditation.
Accommodation in Liévin
The 2025 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships will take place in the city of Liévin, France. Regarding accommodation, there is an extensive range of hotels in and around Liévin, Lens or Lille.
During the event, accredited media will be able to use the shuttles set up free of charge between the media center located at the Liévin Arena and the Val de Souchez circuit.
All details will be published in the media guide, which will be sent out approximately 10 days before the competition starts.
